About this remove duplicate lines
Email lists, product codes, names, keywords — duplicates creep into every list. Paste the list, click once, and get back each line exactly once, in the original order or sorted, with a count of what was removed.
How to use it
- Paste your list, one item per line.
- Choose options (ignoring case is handy for emails).
- Click Remove duplicates and copy or download the clean list.
Worked example
A 500-line email export with 37 repeated addresses comes back as 463 unique lines — ready to import without bounce-backs for duplicates.
Frequently asked questions
Does it keep the first or last copy?
The first occurrence is kept and the order of first appearances is preserved (unless you sort).
Are blank lines kept?
A single blank line is treated as a line like any other; repeats of it are removed. Leading/trailing spaces are trimmed per line when that option is on (it is, by default).
Can it handle big lists?
